27 Santos is a fully equipped self-catering apartment in a security access building which has a lift. It is situated on the beach-front at Santos Beach which has Blue Flag status and is within walking distance of the shops and restaurants. Mossel Bay is on the Garden Route where indigenous forests and flora abound. It is also renowned for its excellent climate with mild winter days. There is a designated parking place. The accommodation provides for four people, a bedroom with a double bed and one with two single beds. The kitchen area is equipped with a large fridge, stove, ample crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils and a microwave oven, toaster and kettle. A washing machine is installed in the kitchen area. Vista Bonita NR 52 is in a block of flat on the 10th floor with a spectacular view over Mossel Bay and the Swimming Beach from the stoep. It is a 2 bedroom flat-main bedroom has a double bed, built in cupboards and an on suite bathroom with a shower, the second bedroom has 2 single beds built in cupboards there is a second bathroom with a bath in between the 2 rooms. With an open plan kitchen with built in stove with plates and an oven, and fridge and freezer in one and microwave. Open plan with the kitchen is the living area with a TV with DSTV decoder but you need to bring your own card, there is a double bed sleeper couch with linen in the bedroom cupboards. Linen is available for all the beds and the sleeper couch, you do need to bring your own bath and beach towels. A Laundromat working with coins is available on the ground floor of the building. If you require daily cleaning services it can be arrange at an extra cost. Braai facilities is available on the roof of the building with spectacular panoramic views of the sea, beach, Mosselbay and Hartenbos. About the area: There is a convenience store on the ground floor of Vista Bonita open till late, with basic groceries, sandwiches, toiletries and a book shop, hairdresser and a Laundromat. Diaz Beach has become one of the most popular beaches in the Garden Route situated halfway between Hartenbos and Mosselbay and a mere 20 minute drive from George Airport (a Shuttle service is available) There is an indoor heated pool which is an Olympic size pool on the doorstep of Vista Bonita (15m from entrance). A Cocktail bar is situated on the beach in front of the block of flats, a restaurant next to the super tube with take away facilities and a coffee shop close by. For the children there is a super tube with a superb view of the ocean next to the heated pool, and to reach the swimming beach you do not need to even cross a road, its is a 5 minute walk from the flat. The nearby Garden Route Mall gives a wonderful shopping experience, with chain stores like Woolworths food. World famous golf courses such as Fan court and Pinnacle point is also within a short drive.

De Valle 4

De Valle 4, Diaz Beach, Mossel bay is a 2 bedroom apartment with 1 bathroom on the ground floor. Easy access to the apartment. This self catering apartment has beautiful see view and is across the road from the famous water park. The apartment is fully equipped and has a dishwasher. In the complex there is also a laundry. The apartment sleep 4 people. There is one double bed and one bunker bed. Bedding is supplied but you must bring your own DSTV of PVR decoder and card. There is a shower in the bath. This apartment is on the second floor and consists of two bedrooms, with one double bed and second bedroom with one double bed and one single bed for 5 people. Sea Cottage 21 is a three bedroom duplex unit in a security complex on the beachfront of Diaz Beach between Hartenbos and Mosselbay on the Garden Route. The immaculate white sands and swimming beach stretches for several kilometres. The ground floor has a patio with table and chairs, an open plan kitchen and sitting room with TV, hi fi and dstv. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, stove, microwave and water purifier. Ground floor has a full bathroom with toilet, shower, bath and basin. The bedroom has two single beds and its own entrance. The top floor has a bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and basin. There is a small storage room. The bedroom goes out on a deck with lovely sea view and view on Robisland. There is a table and benches on the deck. The unit has a third room on the ground and separate from the house. It has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and basin. The unit has a washing machine and air conditioner as well as a outside braai. There are save undercover parking for two vehicles underneath the deck. The unit is about 40 meters from the beach with controlled access. The complex also has controlled access and has a sparkling swimming pool. Dstv and electricity included in tariff. We supply linen and bath towels, please bring your own beach towels. This three bedroom unit is in a security complex on the beachfront of Diaz Beach between Hartenbos and Mosselbay on the Garden Route. It is elevated on a dune barely an arms length from the beach. You can sit and relax in the comfort of your living room and has a un spoilt sea view from your chair. There is a TV in the living room and a satellite dish. Kindly bring your own DSTV decoder and card. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a fridge/freezer combination and a chest freezer, gas hob and electric oven and a microwave oven. The kitchen has also a small table with four chairs. There's also a separate scullery with a dishwasher. The front loader washing machine is located in the bathroom. The ground floor has two bedrooms with one having two single beds and the second one a double bed. A cupboard divides the two rooms.
